On the road again...temporarily

I have now scheduled a trip to San Francisco for early September. I am very excited about it and am really looking forward to traveling again, even if it is just a short trip. Of course, I really can't afford it, but I figure I'll grab a few extra baby-sitting jobs to pay for the flight and it will be worth it. I can't sit around in misery waiting to hear back from one of the jobs for which I have applied. From what I've heard from classmates, it probably will be months before I hear something anyway, so I might as well make use of the time by enjoying myself a bit. Bex has been nagging me to come out to visit her and Tim for a year now, so this seems to be a good time to do it...before I get a job and move to the East Coast or am relocated abroad. Good times.
